The Essential Worker Healthcare Trust’s plan is designed with the help of long-term care workers to provide the care you and your family need.

Have you verified the dependents on your plan?
Did you know you have to submit your dependent verification to Essential Worker Healthcare Trust within 90 days from their coverage start date?
If we do not receive the supporting documents for dependents on your plan, their eligibility for EWHT benefits will end. This means you may be responsible for reimbursing medical and pharmaceutical costs.
