A new, better way to get covered
Affordable, quality healthcare for Oregon’s long-term care workers
Working together for you
In a first-of-its-kind partnership, responsible long-term care employers and SEIU Local 503 have teamed up to provide affordable healthcare to some of Oregon’s most essential workers. The Essential Worker Healthcare Trust’s plan is designed with the help of long-term care workers to provide the care you and your family need.
Benefits Overview
This video provides an overview of EWHT benefits at a glance, including costs to see a doctor or to fill a prescription. It also covers who is eligible and the required paperwork to enroll your dependents. Not sure who to contact if you have an issue? We go over that in the video as well.
Have you verified the dependents on your plan?
Did you know you must submit dependent verification to EWHT within 90 days from their coverage start date?
If we do not receive the supporting documents for dependents on your plan, their eligibility for EWHT benefits will end. This means you may be responsible for reimbursing EWHT for medical and prescription drug costs that EWHT paid after your dependents’ eligibility ended.
Click here to learn more about the dependent verification process. If you’ve gathered your documents and are all set, submit or register through our member portal.
