Open enrollment is your annual opportunity to enroll in coverage or
make changes to your current plan.
During open enrollment you can:
- Enroll in coverage
- Change health plans
- Add or remove dependents

After open enrollment ends, you can only make changes if you have a qualifying life event, such as:
- Marriage or domestic partnership
- Divorce
- Birth
- Adoption

Need to enroll dependents or change your coverage?
Be sure to refer to the instructions from your employer to add dependents or to enroll.
I want to add dependents to my plan
- If you’re adding family members, you must provide proof that they are eligible for coverage, even if you’ve already provided documents to your employer.
- Once you enroll your dependents, you’ll receive a letter with a deadline to submit documents to EWHT in order for your dependent to keep coverage.
